The Eastern Paranormal Research Society was founded in September of 2006. Based out of Southeastern Pennsylvania, we cover a wide area including southern New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, and northern Virginia. We conduct our paranormal investigations using an objective approach and by following scientific methods. The main goal of E.P.R.S. is to understand more about the world around us, as well as to help those who are experiencing paranormal phenomenon.
We understand that in many instances, the people who seek our assistance are concerned with what their relatives, community, and others might think of them. It is for that reason that all cases are confidential, unless we are given prior approval by the individual/group we are working with to share the details of their case with others. In some instances, it may be necessary to consult colleagues and other professionals about the details of a case. They, however, will be bound to the same level of confidentiality and ethics as E.P.R.S.
Many times, those experiencing paranormal phenomenon are frightened by it, as it is human nature to fear the things we don't understand. Other times, the feeling experienced is more one of curiosity. In some instances, a person may find themselves evaluating the religious implications of such experiences. Recognizing the various ways that people are affected by the paranormal, E.P.R.S. feels the best approach is to bring a level head and an objective view to the situation. When researching and documenting a case, we take into account the various physical, sociological, and psychological factors involved.
Lastly, E.P.R.S. provides our services free of charge to anyone who contacts us. Paranormal phenomenon can be experienced by people of all economic classes, backgrounds, and religions. Therefore, we aim to make ourselves accessible to everyone. We are here to help you, not take your money. Please beware of groups and individuals who ask for money in exchange for their assistance. 9 times out of 10, they are not there to help you!
